T2G breaching their contract

students complaint 2More term breaching by Train2Game?

A student complaints that T2G do not give you access to the Student World once you’ve finished paying for the whole course. Mind you, this is the same student who was failed after paying off all of his installments of £5000k.

The interesting things is, we pay £5000k and get a book and cd. However the CD is only useful while your college agreement number is still active. If your ID is not active, you cannot access any contents from those CD’s.

Not to even mention the 21 day cool off period, whereas they send you the materials with 2nd, making sure you don’t get the items on time, leaving you shortened days to make a decision.

    1. you must sue them in order to get a refund, just make sure you get all the evidence of how you were coerced into signing to the course, and how they abused the law in order to rip you off.

      1. i got into debt with this course and pay back £30 a month. I hate paying this as they not once have asked or contacted me to see why i haven’t finished it must be a good 5 years ago now doubt theres anything i can do is there ?

      2. Hello Ash. Sorry to hear about this. Are you still paying for it? If you are you need to cancel the direct debit from your bank.
        If you’ve already paid for it all, there is nothing you can do unless to sue them and gather all evidence of their poor service and neglect towards you.

        Because they are breaking their word for not even contacting you all these time, it means they are just sucking the money from you.

        So sorry I didn’t reply all these time, I was caught with a issue that I completely forgot.

        Those guys are lawyers, some amateurs some professionals, they should be able to help.

        It is clear that Train2Game are not keeping their word, they just left you in the dark and suck your money!
